BBC Reseach

1) BBC was set up January 1st 1927 and was founded by the British General post Office. The original company was set up by six telecommunications companies.
2)BBC stands for British Broadcasting corporation. It was previously British Broadcasting Company.
BBC News.svg3)The BBC s a public sevice broadcaster that provides service  to the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
4)The BBC is funded from tv licencing, BBC comercial Businesses, government grants and from other income such as ticket sales and providing broadcasting to overseas.
5)They provideTV, Internet media and news and radio broadcasting
6)There are 20 BBC tv and radio channels
7)It is important so people know what is happening in the world and in the country. It's also so we know what is happening in politics.
8) The tv license is a good idea because not everything is free  and it's a service so we would have to pay for it in some way.
